Founder Shane Niles honed his career in client relations - from Senior Account Management at Mars Pet Care through years as a Customer Success Leader in the technology industry. Too much time spent primarily interacting with people virtually carved out a desire to get back with people face to face. Shane has always found satisfaction in guiding a detailed project to completion. Shane’s wife, Mandy Niles, has lived in Central Austin for over 40 years. They have made their home in Northwest Hills since 2011, stewarding the home built by Mandy’s maternal grandparents in 1967.
